EXO is neither a strategy consultancy nor a team for hire. We set up and run businesses to create growth in partnership with our clients. We take on complex business challenges to find and deliver answers. We take action rather than just give advice.
We created EXO in 2017 as a team of highly experienced business professionals with track records having created over $1bn in capital growth and as Directors experienced in running companies from $0 to $100bn turnover. We recognise that the standard consulting model is an inappropriate way for us to engage with clients. We wanted to take more accountability for our work, be measured and rewarded more closely in line with results, to learn faster than we taught: something which standard consulting fails to allow.

We will not claim to be experts in all matters. What matters to us is using our experience to add value where we can, whilst recognising that experience is rarely all that counts. If the answers to your challenges could be found in indexed catalogues of other peoples' stories we would rather sell you the book than charge you the fee.

Established corporates need new growth in the same way an old tree grows new leaves. Too often big companies back away from the uncertainties of innovation, building on the past instead of building for the future. Innovation is left to start-ups, struggling for the resources to succeed beneath the dense canopy. The innovator' s energy and passion is blocked by incumbents fearing they will one day have their dominance threatened.
